This can be arranged to suit your needs:
Flexibility fitness, stamina work, technique, strength, pad-work (kickboxing…), circuits, nutrition. Any of those can be incorporated into a tailored class to your group.

For example: Stretch & Poise, 30min class delivered during your lunch-hour at work with colleagues or at home with some friends, book a delivery of Stretch & Poise session and be energised for the second half of your day!

Those set quantity of classes, simply works as pre-paid classes, including a discount [ increasing size of discount, with the bigger class-packages ].
You use 1 “class credit”, per person, for each session/class [ any from: Core Galore; P.R.O.Flex; Body Burn] you attend to.
No set time to use them by; although, we all know that a weekly regular exercise routine, is the most efficient.

All fitness levels are welcome in this 1h10min Summer Shape Boost: Shape up your abs, back, hips & shoulders. Resulting in a “torso Fit” looks. Improve your strength & muscle’ tone, along side with a good posture & flexibility!
Indoor location: one of Alma Church ‘s utility rooms, 29 Alma Road, BS8 2ES. Use the door on the left side of building. Use the double-doors on the left side of building, once inside the hallway: turn right at the toilets, then first left.
£7 per walk-in session. Free parking, bike racks at back of building; and free on-street parking too. Mats are supplied.

45min Core Galore, a complete core work (torso -front, sides & back-, hips & shoulders) session for definition and max strength. Stretching is included too. Join our fun group, boost efficiently your core for more performance outside that class & firming up your looks!
